On May 20, the House passed a credit card bill of rights containing protections for all card holders. Previously approved by the Senate, the bill next goes to the President's desk. "This year's budget proposal is truly breathtaking in scope," said Petri. "Understandably, some of the spending plans will be popular, and I support some of the provisions.
